Hi Everybody,
We hope your year has been filled with joy and good experiences!! We are very grateful for the lovely year we have had and for all the wonderful encounters with you at the Villa, as well as messages by mail and by phone!
Among the events this year at “La Galerie” we have had 3 international exhibition openings, 8 live music nights, including a charity night featuring Les with guitarist Pierre Forsans. We raised 1500€ and the donated painting went to a lucky Australian in the raffle. The funds were for a young South African disadvantaged and talented student for his university education.
The emergence of “La Galerie” as a top class restaurant, No. 1 on trip advisor amongst 20 restaurants in the area, has been a pleasant surprise to our guests and ourselves.
For 2015 we have four exhibitions planned including the one with famous international artist, Thierry Bisch (http://vimeo.com/113522301), called “Father and Son”. Thierry and his son, Etienne, will be doing a combined exhibition for the first time. The opening will be on the 29th of June 2015.

Thanks all of you for being multiple returnees to our little haven in the Bordeaux countryside and for recommending us to your friends and family who have now also become our friends and family!
