Traveler’s tip: If this is your first trip to Europe, you may note that the “first floor” is in fact located on the second story, often providing you a lovely balcony and view of the surrounding area. Ground level is often indicated as Floor 0, particularly in dwellings that include an elevator. Please contact us regarding any special needs you may have.
Cancellation policy:
We kindly request 50% of your booking rate as a deposit. If the booking is cancelled at least 7 days before your planned arrival, your deposit shall be refunded 100%. We apologize that cancelations within 7 days of your planned arrival date, the deposit can not be refunded.
